Savannah Plastic Surgery has had Dr.Carol Mulligan on staff as their full time anesthesiologist for the past 5 years. Dr. Mulligan received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1981 also completing her residency in Anesthesiology at MCG and remained on staff and supervised their Obstetric Anesthesia. Dr Mulligan spent 10 years in private practice at St. Joseph Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.
She is Board Certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology, a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists, and a member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Mulligan is licensed in Florida and Georgia and a member of the ABWA (American Business Woman's Association).
Dr. Mulligan is a native Georgian born in Atlanta; she has a daughter and two grandchildren. An animal lover, she also assists local veterinarians. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, bicycling, kayaking, jet skiing, wind surfing and scuba diving.
