Dr. Pettigrew has performed over 10,000 surgical procedures during his career and now focuses on cosmetic surgery. Special interests include facelifting, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, neck rejuvenation, breast enhancement, tummy tucking, liposuction, body contouring and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Pettigrew is the President and Managing Partner of Savannah Plastic Surgery, one of the largest surgery groups in the Southeastern United States. He has been in practice since 1995, is a fellow of both the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Pettigrew is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Certified National Plastic Surgery Inspector.

Dr. Pettigrew works closely with the Skin Care staff and performs Botox injections, chemical peels, lip enhancement, permanent eyeliner tattooing, collagen injections, dermabrasion and laser resurfacing.
Dr. Pettigrew is a native of central Texas and resides in Savannah with his wife, Carmela A. Pettigrew, M.D., and their three sons. Dr. Pettigrew's brother, Dr. W. Robert Pettigrew is a Board Certified Cosmetic Dentist and is practicing at the Hodgson Memorial office with Savannah Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Pettigrew has staff privileges at all Savannah area hospitals, performs the entire spectrum of cosmetic, aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery. Patient safety and satisfaction are his main priorities.
