That's really a terrific question. Lots of people feel their breasts look fuller because more of the volume is pushed to the superior pole (top) of the breast; however, the skin envelope actually is a bit smaller. If you are a full C right now, you would probably still be a C, but on the smaller side of a C, and might even be a large B cup in some brands of clothing. (Note that NO glandular tissue is taken away, but the loose skin is reduced.) A consult could tell you what you, personally, could expect from the surgery.
