Question:
I am interested in implants, but have heard that saline will need to be redone every 10 years or so, and that gel are the way to go. My friend had them done in Panama and they look fantastic! Very real, and very bouncy after 9 years. I see that gel implants can be used if you are part of a study... Do you offer them? I am a 37 year old Mom of two, in very good health, with what used be full C breasts. I am of normal weight, with realistic expectations. I am sure I would do a tummy tuck at the same time.
Answer:
Yes, we use silicone as well as saline implants. We would need to examine you to see if you qualify for the study to use silicone. I would really like to explain in detail the pro's and con's of each implant style. I do a lot of breast augmentations and often at the same time as a tummytuck. Please call and come by for an appointment so I can give you all this information and evaluate your exact needs.
