The Skin Institute (TSI) was founded in 1993 to add Rejuvenation, Correction and Maintenance medical skin care protocols for patients of Savannah Plastic Surgery.

Initially, TSI carried one skin care line and one in-office treatment, the Biomedic MicroPeel. Today TSI is Savannah's source of SkinMedica treatments and products as well as Obagi and other medical specialty products.

The Skin Institute combines the treatment practices of physician and licensed medical skin care specialist to provide effective results for all skin types. Through utilization of traditional facial therapies, chemical peels, laser and device treatments as well as cutting edge home protocols, TSI strives to offer the best to Savannah area patients. As Savannah's longest continual operating medical skin care facility, we pride ourselves on our experience. Our physicians are on-site and always available in monitoring and care of our patients.
