I Lead By: Example. If you are going to “talk the talk,” you must “walk the walk.” I try to maintain high standards for myself and others around me. I work hard to listen to all sides and be fair in making decisions. I think women try to choose what is best for the whole group rather than what is best for themselves.
My Strengths: I am down to earth, reliable, patient, calm, open to adventure, nonjudgmental and have a good sense of humor.
Words of Wisdom to Other Women in Business: Have faith in yourself and be persistent. You will be knocked down, so be prepared for that; it is what you do afterward that counts.
