Founded in 1980, Savannah Plastic Surgery grew into one of the largest plastic surgery groups in the Southeast. It is known for its commitment to compassion, education, excellence, and leadership in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Luke Curtsinger is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has performed more than 20,000 advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for adults and children. Dr. Curtsinger offers facial plastic surgery, breast enhancement, and body contouring, which includes specialties like the drainless tummy tuck, FreshLook Lift®, breast augmentation, and injectables like BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers.
Dr. Barbara Davies is a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in surgery of the face, breasts, and body, who has focused her practice on cosmetic and breast enhancement procedures. She is also the medical director of Savvy Skin Medical Aesthetics. As a baby boomer who has experienced cosmetic surgery herself, Dr. Davies understands the profound effects these procedures can have on her patients’ confidence.
Karen Bouchard, PA-C, the founder of Savvy Skin Medical Aesthetics (formerly The Skin Institute), has a background in graphic art and design and 8 years of experience as an aesthetic physician assistant. She is recognized as a leader in her field as a top 1% elite provider nationally and a certified master injector with advanced cannula training, offering the latest nonsurgical aesthetic and skincare treatments.
